2. Web Development Services
✅ Eligible for Refund:
- If the project is canceled before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued.
- If a project is canceled after partial work, a partial refund may be issued based on completed milestones and expenses incurred.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
- Once the final website or application is delivered and approved.
- If delays or dissatisfaction result from a lack of communication, content, or feedback from the client.
- After more than 14 days from project initiation or first delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
3. SEO Services
SEO is an ongoing process and results are influenced by many external factors such as search engine algorithm changes, competition, and content quality.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
- No refunds will be issued for SEO services once the monthly work begins.
- We do not guarantee first-page rankings and are not liable for performance outcomes.
4. Partial Refund Conditions
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- Only a portion of the work has been completed.
- Client cancels during early stages but after resource commitment.
- Refund amount will be prorated based on work completed and time spent.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not provided for:
- Completed work or approved deliverables.
- Delays due to client inaction (e.g., lack of content or feedback).
- Digital services such as SEO strategies or keyword reports.
6. Deposits
Initial deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing. These cover time, administrative costs, and project onboarding.
7. Third-Party Fees
We are not liable for refunding payments made to third-party services including hosting, domains, plugins, or ad campaigns.
8. Change of Scope
If a client changes the scope mid-project, resulting in cancellation, a partial refund may be considered after deducting used resources and time.
9. Timeframe for Requests
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the triggering event (e.g., invoice issuance or delivery of initial work).
10. Refund Request Process

11. Refund Processing
